This website is operated by ITSMB Townsville, a trading arm of Raymond Charles Mercer (ABN 63 976 640 863), based in Townsville, Queensland.

What we collect

Only what you type into the enquiry form: your name, business name, email address, phone number, how urgent the problem is, and your description of it. We do not ask for payment details on this site and you should never send passwords through it.

Why we collect it

To answer your enquiry, quote the work, and contact you about it. We do not sell it, and we do not add you to a marketing list because you asked for help with a broken computer.

Where it goes

Form submissions are processed by Netlify, our website host, and emailed to us. They are stored in that account and in our email. If we later work together, records of the work are kept for as long as tax and business records require.

Cookies and analytics

This site loads no third-party analytics or advertising scripts unless and until we turn them on. If that changes, this section will say which service and what it measures before it goes live.

Access, correction and complaints

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by sending an enquiry through this site. If you are not satisfied with how we handle a privacy matter, you can escalate it to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
