Most small businesses do not have an IT person. They have someone in the office who is better with computers than everyone else, and a list of things that have been slightly broken for months. That is who this is built for.

The work is deliberately open at both ends. A business with two computers can call, and so can one that only needs a single problem solved. There is no minimum size and no requirement to sign a monthly agreement first, because the moment a business most needs help is rarely the moment it wants to start a contract negotiation.

On-site work covers Townsville and the districts around it. Remote support runs Australia-wide, which is most day-to-day work - a remote session starts when the call ends rather than when a van arrives.
